- Corrections, fact-checks, or "your review missed this" notes. We take these seriously — factual errors get fixed fast and credited if you prefer.
- Press or podcast requests with a clear topic and format.
- Affiliate program inquiries from vendors in our coverage categories.
What usually doesn't get a reply
- Generic link-building outreach and "great article, we should collaborate" emails.
- Requests for guaranteed coverage in exchange for free product access alone. We accept free accounts for review purposes, but free access does not guarantee coverage and never influences editorial verdict.
- Anything that opens with "I hope this email finds you well" followed by sequencer-generated copy.
Affiliate and commercial inquiries
Affiliate program proposals should include: vendor name, program platform, commission structure, cookie window, and any relevant exclusivity or preferred-publisher terms in the first email. This saves several rounds.
